Shipping (U.S. only)
All Bella Luna items are handmade and although we work as quickly as possible to get orders to you, please allow 1-3 days for in stock items to ship. We will note if a set has beads that need to be ordered as those can potentially take 2-3 weeks to arrive. We will always be in contact with you if there is any delay and are happy to keep you updated on bead order status. Bella Luna items are sent via standard mail with a tracking number; unless you contact us to add on insurance.
Policies
All items are final sale. Bracelets are on stretch elastic (one size fits most) and are approximately 7 inches around. We offer custom sizing for an additional fee. However for different sizes, we ask that you contact us to let us know as soon as you place your order, since we get started working immediately.
